Marian Franco Sierra

Dr. Marian Franco Sierra, physiotherapist, current Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Zaragoza. Joined teaching in 1990 and full professor in the Physiotherapy area of ​​the Department of Physiatry and Nursing since 1997. Main investigator of the “Physiotherapy and Health” research group of the Aragón Health Research Institute and with 2 six-year research periods at the CNEAI.

She has held university management positions, being Coordinator of the Physiotherapy degree from 2008 to 2020 and Vice Dean of the center from 2012 to 2020.

She has been coordinator of various strategic innovation projects for centers and degrees and innovation for the improvement of teaching, as well as a participant in several projects within the Social Innovation Program of the University of Zaragoza.
